The Moonlight finish is a dark matte coating applied over VG-10 steel that adds scratch resistance and gives the shears a distinctive low-profile look. It does not affect cutting performance.
Is the Juntetsu Moonlight suitable for hairdressing as well as barbering?
While sized for barbering at 6.0 to 7.0 inches, the 6.0 inch version works well for general hairdressing. The VG-10 convex edge performs equally on wet and dry hair.
