Information we receive
Enquiries and partner forms
Name, email, business details, country, region, enquiry type, website, sales channel, and the message you choose to provide.
Warranty registration
Submitter role, seller name, optional store website, customer name and email, country, region, order number, and optional serial number, model, purchase date, and notes.
How we use information
- Respond to product, seller, support, and partnership enquiries
- Create, match, and administer lifetime-warranty records
- Verify purchase details with an applicable authorised seller or distributor
- Assess distribution enquiries and protect forms from abuse
- Meet record-keeping, security, and legal obligations where they apply
Information submitted for a warranty or enquiry is not automatically treated as permission for promotional email.
Submissions by sellers
An authorised distributor or reseller may submit a warranty registration on a customer’s behalf only when the customer has authorised the submission. The form requires the submitter to confirm that authority. Partners should provide only the details needed for the warranty record.
Processors and sharing
The website is hosted and its forms are processed using Netlify services. Where necessary to match an order or support a warranty record, relevant details may be shared with the authorised seller, distributor, or Scissor Lab involved with that purchase. Sharing is limited to the information reasonably needed for that purpose. Service providers and partners may process information in countries other than the customer’s own.
Retention
Warranty records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to administer the lifetime warranty and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. General and partner enquiries are retained only while needed for the enquiry, relationship, security, or legal record.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your submission by emailing info@juntetsu.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for warranty administration, security, or law. Rights vary by location.
Technical information
This site does not currently load marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may still create standard security and access logs. We do not ask for payment-card details through these forms.
Changes
We may update this policy when the forms, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current date will be shown at the top of this page.
