Link your Juntetsu scissors with their purchase record. You can register your own product, or an authorised distributor or reseller can submit on the customer’s behalf.

About serial numbers

Some products supplied in international packaging do not currently include a serial number. A missing number does not by itself mean the product is not genuine, and it will not prevent registration. Leave the serial-number field blank and provide the order details instead. We are moving to a separate warranty card with its own serial number and working with international distributors and resellers to make warranty records and product-authenticity checks more reliable.

Notes (optional) Add anything that will help us match the product to the purchase record. Do not include payment-card details.
