These terms cover the use of juntetsu.com and the information presented here. The site is an informational brand website; we do not sell products directly to customers through this site.

Product specifications, descriptions, and images are provided for general reference. Exact weight, edge geometry, and finish can vary slightly between batches because every pair is hand-finished. The site's content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond the product warranty described on our warranty page.
Safety — professional cutting tools
Juntetsu shears are professional cutting tools with extremely sharp edges. They are intended for use by trained professional stylists and barbers.
Always handle with care; keep out of reach of children; do not use on any material other than hair; follow the maintenance guidance on our care page to keep the edge safe and effective.
Purchases & distribution
Juntetsu products reach international customers and businesses through our authorised distribution partner, Scissor Lab (scissorlab.co.jp), and through regional stockists. Pricing, availability, shipping terms, taxes, duties, returns, and refund policies for purchases are handled by the authorised seller from whom you buy. Please consult that seller's terms for purchase- specific matters.
Warranty
Every Juntetsu shear includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms on our warranty page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, cutting materials other than hair, neglect, or loss.
Intellectual property
The Juntetsu name, logo, 匠 mark, design language, product imagery, and site content are the property of Juntetsu and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Juntetsu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Where local consumer-protection laws apply to you as a visitor, those laws continue to apply to the extent they cannot be contracted out of.
