Juntetsu.com provides brand, product, care, authorised-seller, enquiry, and warranty-registration information. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or forms.
No retail transaction on this site
This website does not accept retail payment or form the retail sales contract. Purchases are completed with an authorised distributor or reseller. The seller provides the final price, tax, stock, delivery, cancellation, return, and payment terms. Its terms and the consumer law in the customer’s market apply to that transaction.

Lifetime warranty
Juntetsu scissors come with a lifetime warranty, with the support route described on the Warranty page. Registration helps link the product to its purchase record and does not replace any non-waivable rights under local law. Contact the authorised seller for the applicable process, and do not send a product before receiving instructions.
Intellectual property
The Juntetsu name, marks, site design, text, and owned media may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where law allows. Product information may be shared by authorised partners only in the form and context approved for that purpose.
